William has over four decades of experience across technology and markets, with deep firsthand exposure to Ethereum’s evolution as an advisor, investor, participant, and avid researcher. He is the author of The Business Blockchain (Wiley, 2016), one of the best and earliest business books on the blockchain (translated into 10 languages), producer of The Token Summit, manager of WMX, an ICONOMI cryptocurrency index, and creator of the Ethereum Market Research Center. He is an advisor or board member to a select number of tech companies. Previously, he held senior positions at Hewlett-Packard, Cognizant, and AberdeenGroup, and founded 3 tech startups. William is a graduate of the University of Washington, the University of Western Ontario Ivey School of Business, and the University of British Columbia Graduate Commerce School.
